Document Requests
Condominium documents are available for order from FOCHAUS Management Inc.  

We strongly suggest keeping all Condominium documents mailed to you in a safe place should you eventually wish to sell your unit.


Please take the following steps to submit your order:

     1. Open the Document Order Form (located below).

     2. Complete the form. Be sure to include the property  
         information and your contact information!

     3. Submit the completed form to us via 
          Fax: 780-490-5193 or 
          Email: admin@fochausmgmt.com

     3. Wait for us to contact you to confirm any 
         information or advise you that your documents are
         ready to be picked up. 
         We will then advise you of the address for pick-up
         and total cost. 

     4. Payment is required by certified cheque, money 
         order, exact cash or email money transfer. We are               unable to accept credit cards at this time.
